Although I have only communicated with you a couple
of times by phone and many times by e-mail, I have
a most favorable impression of the kind of person
you are. I have learned a great deal from you and
truly appreciate your kind, patient, and considerate
manner.
I want you to know that for those of us who are
not computer whizzes (Boy, is that putting it mildly?!)
and who are intimidated by folks who are, it is
so assuring to work with someone who does not talk
down to you or make you feel like an idiot when
you don't understand something.. For all these things,
I truly thank you.
